I have been experiencing bad tremors in my hands and fingers, and it seems to be worse on the left side of my body. I also get it in my neck/head too, like when I go to drink out of a cup. It mainly began happening 4yrs ago and it's steadily got worse. I'm not sure what it is, as I suffer from anxiety/depression as well and have been currently on celexa for that which I have been on for 4 months.
The thing that concerns me is it makes every-day-tasks difficult - because when they happen I feel really sick. My legs have also been really weak too, and I have had problems holding my balance, like for instance the other day, I was doing work at college and I got up from my chair, but my left leg just went completely weak and shakey and I nearly fell over. And I've noticed they seem to happen when I move in certain positions. I've been to my doctor before about it, 2yrs ago and he said it was probably nothing and it would go on its own and said there was nothing he could do.
I'm not sure what to do, because it's very concerning when you have these things happen to you for no apparent reason everyday. My mum has also witnessed my symptoms firsthand and was incredibly concerned about them too.
Does anyone know what this is? Or even how I could get a proper diagnosis and help?
