I switched from Yasmin back to Zovia recently, because I was getting massive cysts on Yasmin and my face is 95% clear right now. I think that I had a bad reaction to the Spironolactone in Yasmin. Anyway, most pills, no matter which you choose will come with an initial breakout, so your best bet is to stick with the Zovia right now and then talk with your doctor about switching after giving this one 4-6 months to make a huge difference.
