It takes the body at least 4-5 mos to adjust to the hormones in the pill they have to even out with your own hormones so thats takes time..I have been on and of the pill for many yrs..I'm 32 yrs old..I can relate to many of the side effects..I was recenlty on Demulen...it made me hungry..i gained 5-7 pounds...(alot to me)..I've also been on OrthTricyceln..made me break out terribly..and now I;m on Aleese have ben only less than wks..dont feel as hungry.. but moody and no sex drive..MY boobs were super tender on Demulen too..I think All pills have side effects...liek many women love YAsmin for the skin effects it has on improving acne or Diane 35 but at the same time many women on thm lose thier sex drive or lose or gain weight so..i think you;ll always have some side effects on the bc pill..arent we lucky us women..arghhhh
