He took away all meds other than lithium and then started tinkering with additional mood stabilizers ... sleepless. So after much trial and error, my son takes lithium , tegretol retard and lamictal. Each works slightly ... seroquel. You might be able to take a lower dosage of lithium with the addition of lamictal or topomax, or what...
